Ladies, say thanks to Ashley cause you wanted him and you got him. Season 7 runner up, Ben Falajank, is the new Bachelor, ABC announced Tuesday.
Fans of The Bachelorette fell in love with Ben F the moment he revealed his emotional journey after his father passed away back in 2007. Even though he opened up to Ashley on the final date, it still wasn't enough. Ashley ultimately rejected his proposal and chose JP. (Note: If you know you are going to reject the guy don't let him get down on one knee, save him the trouble. Yes Ashley I'm talking to you)
"Secret is out,"tweeted Ben,"Looking forward to my new journey as the bachelor." TV Guide was first to report the announcement in which Bachelor/Bachelorette host Chris Harrison said he is extremely happy with the choice. Earlier this summer, in a poll taken by TV Guide.com, 33 percent wanted Ben over fellow contestants Ames, and Ryan to be the bachelor, however 41 percent wanted a fresh face.
