Sheldon, Amy...Time To Get Physical

What do you get when you have two nerds who are "hot and heavy" for each other? The answer is a long awaited "coitus" That is where it seems to be heading for The Big Bang Theory's Sheldon Cooper and Amy Farrah Fowler. According to an interview done by Entertainment Tonight, stars, Jim Parsons and Mayim Bialik dish on their characters upcoming sex plot-line. "It was mention this season", Mayim  reveals to reporter Christina McCarly. With Big Bang at mid-season, will fans be able to handle their sexy time if it comes?

Sheldon and Amy's romance have been the writers main focus since Mayim Bialik first popped on to the scene. She was first introduced to Sheldon by Raj and Howard after discovering her through an on-line dating site. Their two- year romance has progressed as now they are a bit more "touchy" and even hugged during the Valentine's Day episode. What will be interesting to see is how Sheldon gets Amy to get in bed with him.

We all know Sheldon is not really that touchy feeling when it comes to women. He is known more as a sophisticated nerd than a Casanova (aka Howard). Sheldon,is defiantly in love with Amy, so it is finally the right time to "seal the deal".

All this pending "sexy time" is what the writers hope to be ratings success. The Big Bang Theory, which is in its sixth season, has sky rocketed to be television's number one show. Every week it wins in overall viewers and in the 18-49 demo. With the Sheldon/Amy sex storyline in the mix, viewers will defiantly be in front of their television screens ready to see how this plays out and how will it affect them afterwards.

Who Will Be The Next Lucky Bachelorette?

After the drama, the tears and the heartbreak on The Bachelor, it's time for the biggest revenge out there, being picked to be the next Bachelorette. Lucky for fans of The Bachelorette, you won't get to wait that long for the announcement. ABC has announced in a press release , that the next hopeful Bachelorette will be reveled the night of the Bachelor Finale, March 11,  on the After the Final Rose Special. Usually, the one who doesn't get picked gets to be asked to be the Bachelorette, however, will ABC do something different this season?

After looking at TV Guide's "Bachelorette hopefuls" , there are many choices to chose from. Here are my top three ladies and why I believe one has a chance to steal America's heart.

First, there is Kaci B. She was in the top three during Ben Faljanik season and then mysterious popped up again for Sean's season, which of course, shocked Sean. Even though in the end Sean "Friendzoned" Kaci, fans were still rooting for her and sad when Sean let her go. Now the question is, will Kaci have that it factor to hook viewers in for the Bachelorette?

My second option would be Desiree.  She was called "the one who got away" by Chris Harrison and even fans were sad to see her go. The chemistry between Sean and Desiree was smoking hot however, Desiree's brother was a huge factor in Sean's decision to let her go during the hometown date. She was a fan favorite for a while and now fans are rooting for her to be the next Bachelorette. She has that fan base already and would be a great option for the next Bachelorette. Because of her "raging" brother,  would love to see how he rates the guys Des brings home for the hometown dates.

And then there is the one I really would love to see find love, this past season's Sarah. Sarah came on to the Bachelor and captivated audiences with her story about how she was born without an arm. Sarah never let her disability affect her life. While she did have a lot of challenges to overcome, Sarah's determination to find love is a story I believe would get viewers to watch this new season.

While there are many of other girls to chose from, especially if neither Lindsay or Catherine don't get chosen to be Sean's final one, we know one thing for sure, we can't wait to see the new twenty-five hunky Bachelors.

The ninth season of The Bachelorette premieres Monday May 20 at 9/8c on ABC.

Dancing With The Starts Season 16 Cast

Break out those spray tans, it's almost that time to get back into the ballroom. The cast of Dancing with The Stars for season 16 was announced early Tuesday morning on Good Morning America. Season 16  is the first season since the All-Star edition of DWTS that aired last fall to mediocre ratings. While at the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour, Paul Lee, president of ABC Entertainment Group, said, "Turns out people like to see bad dancing as much as they do good dancing."

Season 16 cast has a good variety of celebrities. Some of the notable cast include, Country Music singer, Wynonna Judd and Kellie Pickler and Olympians Dorothy Hamill and Aly Raisman.( Check the Full List Here) However, is DWTS losing it's edge?

As a long time viewer, in my opinion, DWTS has been lacking in casting and in content. In the early days of DWTS, the cast made me want to tune in every week and now I suddenly find myself waiting until it goes up on-line so I can skip the ones I really don't care for. When the All-Star cast was announced, it seemed to be a perfect way to get longtime viewers back to watching however I felt it backfired. I still felt something was missing. Is two-hours too long? Is it because we no longer have the attention spand to sit down a full two-hours and watch because of DVR? For whatever it's worth, DWTS is showing it's age.

DWTS has always been at the top of it's game when it comes to ratings, and has always managed to have viewers come back despite having The Voice as it's top competitor but is it almost time to pull the plug?

We shall find out as the season begins in March.

Dancing With The Starts Season 16 begins March 18 8/7c on ABC.

Be Aware of Thursday Night Scandal

It's a show that has captivated audiences by the number and its only in its sophomore season. ABC Network's Scandal has sky-rocketed to be Thursday's biggest drama. But with aging show Grey's Anatomy losing its viewers in the key demo, could Scandal possibly be taking over the 9/8c spot?

Both Grey's Anatomy and Scandal are created by the brilliant Shonda Rhimes and have had its share of  success in the Thursday night line up. Grey's Anatomy, now in its ninth season, has managed to keep viewers hooked this season with cast shake-ups and interesting story lines (Hospital being bought out). Most of the core cast are contracted for one more season. But last Thursday, for the first time, Scandal beat Grey's Anatomy in the key 18-49 demo. Which raises the question for the upcoming 2013-2014 season, if this keeps going, will the network consider moving Grey's Anatomy to another night?

It is not official, nor is the possibility of it, however it is something to be considered. For the past four years ABC has not been successful finding a lead in show before Grey's. After "failed shows" aka: Last Resort, Flash Forward etc. ABC has suffered in that 8/7c position. With pilot season already underway and February Sweeps about to end, network execs have some considerations about the upcoming fall season.

Scandal has gained viewers with it's fabulous plot lines this season and has benefited from Grey's Anatomy since its their lead in. Even familiar faces from Grey's have become characters on Scandal. The promotion has gotten so big that fans of the show will do anything to watch. Scandal seems like its not stopping on gaining its ratings lead and if things keep going the way they are going, by May, the possibility of beating Grey's in demo and overall viewers could happen. Either way Grey's still is ABC hit show and brings in a lot of revenue. But they better watch their back because Scandal will definitely give it a run of its money.

What do you think? Can you see Grey's Anatomy moving to a new night or will the line up stay the same?

Grey's Anatomy airs Thursday Nights at 9/8c followed by Scandal at 10/9c on ABC

Team Robin Reporting For Duty

The countdown is finally over for Good Morning America's Anchor Robin Roberts. After 174 days of waiting, Roberts returned on Wednesday to the highly-rated morning program. This was Robert's first on-air appearance since she went on medical leave for a painful bone marrow transplant back in August. She inspired many of Good Morning America's viewers to be a part of her journey. Viewers from all over the country took part in "Be a Match" and supported her every step of the way.

Once she reached the 100th day mark of her recovery process, her team of doctors told her the good news, she can go back to work. Roberts took the weeks in early January to get her strength back as well as getting used to those early morning wake up calls. Meanwhile, at GMA, co-workers took their part in getting flu shots and sterilizing the set. And finally after several "dry runs", Roberts was back excited to say those words we have all been waiting for her to say, "Good Morning America".

The two-hour cast featured viewers outside holding welcome back signs and Roberts pictures all over Times Square. Of course news was their first priority to get too. After the first hour, Roberts was greeted by her doctors, nurses, family, friends and even music. Christian singer Mandisa was there to sing her hit "Stronger" which helped Roberts get through her painful journey.

Wednesday's welcome back sure will play a huge factor in ratings with the competition always fierce between NBC'S Today's show. With February sweeps in full effect, things will be getting very interesting in the coming weeks.

Of course Roberts health is still the main focus. While she does have an interview later this week with the Obama's and will be at this Sunday's Oscars, her team of doctors said after today's first day they will keep monitoring her until they know she is ready to go full speed.

You can watch a special 20/20 this Friday on ABC for an exclusive interview about her journey.
